FOSTERING A SUPPORTIVE CULTURE AT GUARDIANS & CO.

At guardians & co. we foster a supportive culture with our participants/clients and their inner circle (families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, community). 
 

How does this look?
By ensuring we listen, observe, follow up, design and deliver strategies that will ultimately
benefit our participants/clients. 

 

We do the same with our staff to ensure they have the necessary support to provide the
support services and feel valued, want to contribute and are equipped the knowledge,
resources and training to achieve this.
